Test, Engineering, and Field Execution support includes:

  • Develop test plans for ground/airborne scenarios, including safe cold-weather procedures 

  • Provide end-to-end test logistics: transportation, lodging coordination, secure storage, shipment/emergency POCs, participant critical info 

  • Execute testing per approved plan and deliver final results reporting 

  • Supply/install 4 step-up transformers replacing 8 existing units; modify system for parallel generator loading 

  • Project controls: critical-path schedule (Gantt) and milestones 

  • QC discipline: verify drawings prior to work; maintain clean work areas; post-mod verification testing & calibration
